We are a diverse all-female group interested in overnight backpacking trips.  We carry all of our gear and food as we hike and spend the night out in the wilderness.  This group provides a place where independent women can share skills, learn about new trails and techniques, build community, challenge ourselves, practice "leave no trace" ethics, and experience life to the fullest.

This group is for women in the southeastern states (Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina) that love backpacking. My hope is that enough women will join the group so that we have a variety of trips to pick from.
