8ish Days of Christmas Ride: Chimney Rock via Redington ATV/AZT

We'll do the ATV Trail, AZ Trail to Chimney Rock, a slick rock playground (and so-called Tucson vortex).

Plan to be at the Corral/ATV parking area (left side of the road w/restrooms, just before milepost 11 & Bellota Ranch Rd) by 1000am.

From the corral we'll ride the ATV trail to connect with the AZ Trail to Bellota Ranch Rd and on to Chimney Rock. We'll spend some time playing on the slickrock, then head back up Bellota Ranch Rd to the ATV trail and the corral. (Maybe a short stop at the lake.)

The ride is about 18 miles with about 1800 ft of climbing and a nice long section of downhill singletrack. Rocky trails, but not too technical. Intermediate level ride. Average pace. No one left behind.
