About us

Julia is a high-level, high-performance dynamic programming language for technical computing, with syntax that is familiar to users of other technical computing environments. We are a group of scientists, programmers, and data scientists in Southern California who want to meet up and talk about Julia. Everyone from San Luis Obispo to San Diego (and beyond!) is welcome to join us. Come to our events, and share what you're working on or learn how to get started with Julia!
