The Southern Maryland Real Estate Investor's Group (SOMDREIG) is a networking group for all folks interested in real estate investment in Southern Maryland! Especially Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert and Prince George's Counties!
Come and meet fellow Real Estate Investors, Wholesalers, Realtors, Bankers, Attorneys, Appraisers, etc in Southern Maryland! Whether you are a seasoned investor or just getting started, there is something here for everyone.
At a typical meeting, we have a local speaker to help educate us on their specific area of expertise. We discuss properties on the market, contracts, mortgages/financing and anything else that concerns real estate.
All are welcome, there is no cost!!! Pizza, drinks and other refreshments are provided. Should you choose to partake, your contribution of $5 is welcomed to help us offset the cost of providing these refreshments. You may make a donation in the small basket that is provided on the food table. Thank you & hope to see you soon!!!
