Bark in the Park with the Madison Mallards

I can't think of anything more fun to do with my pup than watch a baseball game and hang out with other people and their pups! This is a fundraiser for the Dane County Humane Society. They will be at the event with their ambassador pups, so if you're looking to adopt or donate... ;)

**IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTE: This event will likely have quite a few dogs in close quarters, and it will be loud, and there will be people everywhere who will want to pet your pup. If you're not sure how your dog will do in a situation like this, or if your dog might get stressed, just bring yourself and any family and friends you'd like, and meet us there. It's OK if your dog can't make this one - you still help raise money for a great cause!

Since we will all be buying tickets separately, we'll organize as it gets closer and decide if and how we want to meet up.

Here is the link to more info: It looks like you'd purchase tickets off the Madison Mallards website ( just like a normal game. If you have any questions, there is contact info here for someone with the Mallards.

If you're bringing your dog, make sure you bring bags to clean up any messes, and plenty of water.
July 25th features the Madison Mallards against the Lakeshore Chinooks. Help the Dane County Humane Society sell out the park! $5 of every ticket sold before July 11th is donated to help our sick and homeless animals.

Bring your dog to the park and watch the game with your best friend! Come say hello to the DCHS team and our furry ambassadors before the game. If your dog needs their own seat, don't forget to get them a ticket too! There will also be a chance for you to bet your luck and get involved with our 50/50 raffle!

We're going to be in the general admission "backyard" area. Look for a Goldendoodle named Bodie if you'd like to say hi. :-)

Hey everyone! I have been unable to think of a good way to make it so that we can all sit together. I do not want to buy tickets in bulk and risk not being able to get them all paid for, so I think for this event everyone will be on their own. It will be a really fun event either way, and there should be lots of others with dogs here, so do still buy your tickets and attend. Anyone who is planning on going can comment here if they want to try to meet others from the group before, during, or after the game. I unfortunately cannot make this event anymore as we've got a huge project deadline on Sunday and I will be working this Friday evening to prep for that. Sorry for the late notice!

Brandi brought up a good point - maybe we should try to buy our tickets all together so we can sit together. As the date gets closer, let's discuss this further. Anyone have an initial thoughts?
