Southside Harley Riders 2011

We are Harley motorcycle riders who live in the southern portion of the Fraser Valley and would like to welcome other experienced Harley Davidson riders to join us for both local and long distance rides. Harleys only, you must ride to join(couples with one harley are welcome as one membership), EXPERIENCE IS A MUST, geared towards responsible, yet fun rides. We are not a group for newer riders. You should feel comfortable in all situations and be able to safely keep up to the group in corners, rain and even sometimes gravel. Lol Please be familiar with group riding etiquette as well. Our riders are mostly middle age who live in Lanlgey, Surrey, Abby, Maple Ridge & Mission, although we have a few other ages and other areas as well. With the majority of our riders being in Lanlgley or Abby, most of our rides begin or leave from one of those areas. Our rides vary from 150-800kms, but most are around 500kms. We have a wknd ride every couple of weeks, full day rides on Sat & Sun and usually one weeknight ride throughout the summer months. We usually do at least one longer ride, maybe Montana or the Oregon Coast in 2013. Ride ideas, big or small, are always welcome. We usually have a ride planning dinner in early April to toss out some ideas and try to plan a few rides that most want to do. We have a friendly bunch of riders who enjoy saddle time, not bar hopping.
