What happened to all the discussions?
Well anyway, last time we talked about what methods we use to learn Spanish. I thought it would be good to put down here what we use so others can find and use them also. When you write what you use put the type of media (book, web site, etc), name, where found, rating, any other info needed to use it.

Ok in order of quality and amount that I use them,

1 Cuyahoga county library web site. http://www.cuyahogali... It won't let me get the exact link but when you get there click on transparent. You have to sign up for it. Then you can use it. It is good, not great. It won't work on my phone.

2 Cuyahoga county library web site. http://www.cuyahogali... This is in the same area as the previous one. Click on mango, sign up. Good, not great.

3 http://www.studyspani... I just searched on google for learn to speak spanish and this was one of the first web sites that came up. Its good not great.

4 http://faculty.weber.... Guide to accent marks. Very good, more of a reference page. I haven't looked at it much but I think you have to read this many times to get something out of it.

Good stuff!
One thing I'd like to add, something I've found to be very helpful, is the program Fabulopolus. It's a kid's program that airs on Discovery Kids en español. Or, you can find it on youtube. They are short stories with some dialog between characters but the stories are mostly narrated. The narrator speaks at a tempo a little slower than normal (bonus). And you will hear it all...preterito, imperfecto, presente, futuro and even el subjuntivo. Not your typical kid's program. Check it out.

Thanks Don. Here is another one. Its at least as good as the previous ones, but its more interesting because its like a tv show and you're in it. Plus beautiful scenery. Its from the BBC so its good quality.
