Why not form a bilingual meetup in the western suburbs?

¿Porqué no desarrollamos una junta ‘meetup’ bilingüe en los suburbios occidentales de Chicago?

Lo ideal seria encontrarnos un numero casi igual de participantes de habla español desde nacimiento y de habla ingles desde nacimiento quienes quieren desarrollar fluidez en su segundo idioma.

The ideal would be to find approximately equal numbers of Spanish native speakers and English native speakers who want to develop fluency in the second language.

Four characteristics that seem to be essential: an interest in meeting new people across cultures, at least intermediate skills in the second language, a desire to converse on a wide range of topics, and a willingness to both correct and be corrected to develop fluency.

Cuatro características que serían esenciales: un interés en encontrarse con nuevas personas a través de fronteras culturales, al menos habilidades de nivel intermedio en el segundo idioma sea español u ingles, ganas de platicar sobre un ampli variedad de temas, y una buena disposición a corregir y ser corregido para lograr fluidez.
