FRESH PASTA OF SOUTHERN ITALY
Join us as we embark on a culinary journey through Southern Italy, where pasta is still made entirely by hand, just as it has been for centuries. Learn how to prepare a four course Southern Italian meal and "live Italy" with us for several hours as you participate in a unique Italian cooking and language experience. In this class, you will watch and participate in the preparation of a fine Southern Italian meal entirely from scratch, all while learning basic Italian expressions and cooking terms. We will feature the art of making fresh semolina pasta entirely by hand and guide participants through this process. You will then enjoy an authentic Italian meal. All participants will receive copies of all recipes and Italian language materials.
This event is open to the public so feel free to bring friends or come on your own.. you will meet there a lot of people who share with you the common interest for ''la dolce vita Italiana''
