About the Speakers:
Mr. Ayal Ronen, Vice President, Freemind Group
For the past few years Mr. Ayal Ronen has been a leading figure in FreeMind’s professional department, managing complex projects for many of FMG’s clients and in diverse scientific fields. Through his extraordinary work Mr. Ronen has led efforts on the client management front and was a key contributor to FMG’s impressive retention rate with existing clients. During this time he was personally involved in submitting numerous grants utilizing the full spectrum of NIH mechanisms, thus gaining valuable non-dilutive funding expertise, both from a strategic vantage point and a hands-on approach.
Mr. Ronen was named Vice President of Marketing and Sales for FreeMind. He holds a M.Sc. in Neurobiology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, where he was awarded the Dean’s prize for excellence based on scientific and academic merit. Mr. Ronen also holds an MBA from the Recanati School of Business, Tel Aviv University.
Ms. Efrat Harif, Grant Consultant, FreeMind Group
Efrat has achieved a great experience in managing complex projects for FreeMind’s clients and in diverse scientific fields. During her work as a consultant Mrs. Harif has gained valuable non-dilutive funding expertise, both strategically in terms of plotting out future plans with companies as well as ample hands-on experience. As part of her work, Mrs. Harif was involved directly in the writing of applications to the office of the chief scientist and other governmental funding agencies. Efrat holds a MSc. in Technology Management Specialized in Chemistry and Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Mr. Ishai Shamir, Senior Grant Consultant, FreeMind Group
Ishai Shamir is a Senior Grant Consultant in FreeMind Group and a leading figure in FreeMind's professional department, managing complex projects for many of FMG's clients in diverse scientific fields: Software, Internet, Communications, Energy and Life Sciences. Ishai is personally involved in every grant submitted by FMG's Israeli clients utilizing the full spectrum of OCS programs, Bi-National Funds, Eureka, FP7, etc. He holds a double major degree in Physics and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and vast technological knowledge from a long and deep familiarity with the industry.
