Hike and Meditation - Brisbane Waters National Park
Details
We'll meet at the Girrakool picnic area, just 5min from Kariong, which is 7 km from Gosford. From there we'll begin the "Piles Creek Loop" hike which is an easy grade hike, taking 2 hrs and 4.2km in distance.
MEDITATION:
We'll find a spot to meditate at one of the numerous lookouts along the way, taking in the beautiful vistas.
LUNCH:
We can eat either at the Girrakool picnic area after the hike or find a place to stop and eat along the trail. Bring some portable food vegetarian / vegan / raw vegan to cover either scenario.

PHOENICIAN HIEROGLYPHS:
If we have time, I'm happy to take people on an additional short hike afterwards to see the ancient Phoenician Hieroglyphs carved into the side of rocks near by off Woy Woy Rd, in Brisbane Waters National Park.

HIKE DETAILS:
Starting from the Girrakool picnic area, this walk takes you on a round trip through part of the stunning Brisbane Water National Park. The walk explores both sides of Piles Creek, rewarding you with its waterfall and lookouts. Girrakool picnic area also has barbeques and toilets.
