Spring of Code Social event #5

We're happy to announce that we scheduled our next event for the 24th of April 6.30PM at C4CC!

So if you want to pitch a project or get involved in the current ones, join us then.

Our partner from the London Java Community is also announcing this event here!

To get an idea of what other events look like, see the meeting minutes from SoC#3, our last social event. The previous event SoC#4, was a technical hackathon, but this time we're back with a social event with tech talks, pitches an project updates.

Note that if you are a project owner, you can organise a tech meeting so that other members can join you to brainstorm and code on your project!

Here is the programme:

- updates by Philo on "wePorter", Mihai on "Scavenger Mobile", Nicola on "Astoolkit" and more!
- insert your pitch here! If you have a project please pitch your idea to your fellow coders (lightning pitch please)
- then Q&A, chats, drinks and pizza (in no particular order)

Please Follow the Code on Twiter!

Hope to see you all there.

Reminder:

What: The Spring of Code meetings are bi-monthly social events where to learn and share skills, meet and connect with fellow techies around interesting projects. Coding happens mostly between events, not during (though some brave coders stay longer to work on a project!).

The evening was well-structured and I really enjoyed brainstorming the future of crowd-sourced media. Thanks for all the creative input!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
