We are starting this group in response to the many folks in the general area who want one (including us). We would like to connect with like-minded people to socialize, discuss important issues, possibly create spin-off groups to work on issues, all related to animal rights, the environment (including global climate change), truly sustainable living, and so forth.
We operate the Eastern Shore Sanctuary and Education Center in Springfield, VT (recently moved from Maryland), and would be very happy to host events here.
