Introduction to CSS Preprocessors (Sass & Less)

Hey everyone,

For our next meetup, I'll be doing a short (~1 hr) workshop to introduce Sass. If we're going to go deeper down the responsive design workflow path, Sass (and CSS preprocessors in general) is a great place to start. The nice folks at LRS (http://www.lrs.com/lrswebsolutions/) have agreed to let us use their conference room. I'll be presenting a quick intro to getting set up and using it. I'll be using a Mac, so the workflow will relate somewhat to using a Mac, but I thought it would be fun, if someone has a PC, to talk about and share the workflow of using Sass on a PC. So, I'd say bring your computers if you want, so we can try various OS's and workflows. If any Windows users would like to brush up on getting Sass running and possibly talk about the workflow at the next meetup, I'm interested in hearing about it. Here are the main topics I'll be touching on for the introduction:

Installing and configuring Sass (using an app or the command line) Moving from CSS to Sass Workflow discussion & questions That will probably be plenty to cover in an hour or so. In some future meetups, we can go over some of the more advanced features of CSS preprocessors.

If this date doesn't work for anyone, please let me know.
