I thought it was a great group with top-notch cake and the speaker was very entertaining, informative, and on top of the issues. Lots of freethinkers & associates showed up too. Katie Webb helped me find the room, so thanks.

It was nice to see all the freethinkers that turned out. The professor's talk was informative and to the point. The SSOTC seems like a good group.

D.Alexander Wait's presentation should be interesting. I've seen some college biology teachers mention in social networks the problems they encounter trying to teach fundamentalist students. I've even seen them mention their fear of speaking out about it publicly.
The world depends on science like never before, from food production to online learning, and this information technology that brings us together. Quality science education is truly vital.
