Do you know that every night when you go to sleep you leave your body and enter the inner dimensions of your mind? Do you want to become lucid in your dreams? How about learning to remember your dreams?
Come join us on May 29th at 6:30 p.m. at an informal dream circle. Make sure to bring dreams you have had for exploring. Dr. Sheila Benjamin, dream expert of 30 years, will be there to shed light on these inner messages. Come with an open mind, and a hungry stomach!

-
Just before sleep, physically voice your intention to remember dreams.
-
Keep a dream journal and pen by your bedside.
-
Date your dream journal entry before you fall asleep each night, as this will help produce an expectation to remember dreams.
-
When writing, include all sensory impressions that come to mind (http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-remember-dreams) - colors, images, sounds, tastes, people's expressions, settings, feelings, and emotions.
-
Make sure to write as much as you can. If you're sleepy or feeling lazy while awakening (common), then just use your willpower to bust through that. Even though you are groggy and tired when waking, it's worth it to write as much as you can before you forget.
