Inaugural SproutCore Vancouver Meetup

We're excited to be hosting the first Vancouver SproutCore user group meeting here in Vancouver!

For this first meetup we're pleased to welcome Luis Sala and Tom Dale from Strobe Inc. as our presenters for the evening.

An Introduction to SproutCore UI

A big draw of SproutCore 1.0 is the rich library of controls that allows developers to bring native-style interaction to the desktop browser. With the ascendancy of touch devices, what worked on desktop needs to be reconsidered for mobile. In this talk, you'll learn about SproutCore UI, a new project built on top of SproutCore 2.0 that gives developers the tools to build a responsive touch user interface that scales from handhelds to large screens.
