What is the St Ives Small Business Mastermind Group?
Each month, St Ives Business Lounge starts with a collaborative problem solving. Bring the challenge that your business is facing to the event and, as a group; we will brainstorm solutions and work together to help your business as well as the others in the room. This is how it works…
Step 1: We focus on the challenge that a business owner is having at that particular tine,
Step 2: We go around the room allowing everyone to ask questions and gain greater clarity of the challenge, rather than "have you tried this...".
Step 3: Once we've completed the questioning, we then go around the room inviting everyone the opportunity to offer solutions to the challenge, e.g. "If this was my problem, I...."
This is then repeated for the allotted hour. Then, the following month, we invite the people who have had their challenge dealt with to come back and tell us how their month went.
It is a fantastical, non-judgemental way to offer genuine support to a business, based solely on experience rather than sales pitches.
What is the benefit to my business?
There are no sales pitches, but there will be a variety of experiences and industries in the room, all there to help you overcome your business challenges. Whatever it is that is holding you back right now, you will leave a number of ideas to help you move forward.
Can I stick around afterwards?
For those who want to continue to co-work for the rest of the day & enjoy the benefits of working around others, with high speed WiFI and great coffee, there is a desk waiting for you at a discounted price.
What does it cost?
St Ives Small Business Mastermind Group (8:45am - 10am) = £10
Mastermind Group + Coworking = £10 + £2 p/hr or £7.50 for the day
Coworking (on it's own, without the Mastermind Group - 10am - 5pm) = £4 p/hr or £15 for the day
