Summer workshop: Graphics with D3.js

Our second hands-on summer workshop. Bring your laptop and learn how to make visualizations using D3.js. Note: This is an introductory workshop.

We'll be in room 213 (A&B) in the Farrell Learning and Teaching Center. http://fltc.wustl.edu/. The room is bigger, but parking is not as convenient as before.

Attendance will be limited to around 40.

Agenda:

6:30 - 7:00 - Eat, drink, socialization (in all the geek glory), and set up laptops

7:00 - 7:45 - D3 presentation/overview/tutorial

7:45 - 8:30 - Hands-on/D3 hacking
