Franklin Hills Hike (Urban Hike)

Start time: Try to arrive by 4:45pm. The hike will start at exactly 5:00pm.
We will meet outside the McDonald's entrance. There is street parking available on Hoover and the other streets in the area.
Description:
This is a workout hike that will include steep hills and stairways (two sets of stairways will have over 200 continuous steps going up). The hike will be 4 miles and will end within 2 hours. It is a loop hike so we will finish back at the starting location. The purpose is to have a workout so the pace will be moderate. I will wait at the top of the hills and stairways for everyone.
REMINDERS
• Bring plenty of water.
• Wear comfortable walking/workout shoes.
• Always watch out for vehicles when crossing streets.
