Start time: Try to arrive by 4:45pm. The hike will start at 5:00pm. There is street parking available on Sunset Blvd, Hoover St. and the other streets in the area. Make sure to read parking signs.

Description:
This is a workout hike that will include going up at least 8 stairways (over 900 steps going up). The purpose is to have a workout so the pace will be fast moderate. The hike will include the Silver Lake, Los Feliz, and Franklin Hills neighborhoods. After we complete the sections with stairs, we will take flat streets to Churro Borough (http://www.churroborough.com/) to enjoy some treats. I will wait at the top of the stairways for everyone. The hike will be over 6 miles and will end within 3 hours. It is a loop hike so we will finish back at the starting location.

REMINDERS

• Bring plenty of water.

• Wear comfortable walking/workout shoes.

• Always watch out for vehicles when crossing streets.
