Announcing the 25th South East UK Star Citizen Pub Meet!
Come have a drink (alcohol is optional!) and perhaps a bite to eat while we discuss all things Star Citizen and PC gaming!
Since our last meeting, this happened:
• Funding topped $102 million!
• Christmas Livestream!
• Alpha 2.0 released to LIVE!
• Alpha 2.1 released to the PTU!
• Procedural Generation of planets and planetary landings demo'd!
• ...other stuff...
@Karmola (https://robertsspaceindustries.com/citizens/Karmola) has continued hosting a regular session of private multiplayer Arena Commander matches for the members of the Star Citizen UK Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/UKStarCitizan/) (come join us!).
Yes, Star Citizen fans, a number of us regulars are gathering together again, to discuss all things Star Citizen (as well as other games - just name your passion!).
So come on down, have a drink or two, and put some faces to those forum names you see so often...we promise to be nice! :)
The location is Crawley in West Sussex (see Details below) which is fairly central for the South East with good road (M23) and rail links (main London to Brighton line), and if any non-UK fans are visiting for the weekend, we are right next to Gatwick Airport!
Admission is free (of course - it's a pub!) and, due to popular request, we have made the meet on a Saturday afternoon, so people can either drink and chat into the evening for as long as they want or drift off for something to eat as and when they want. And if you have something planned for the evening, you should be able to make it home in time! :)
Saturday afternoon also means that the pub is not as busy as during the evening, so we should be able to hear each other talk!
