Brief Description
Tarpon Springs is pleased to announce the 33rd Annual Beach to Bayou 5k Run; for the first time at the historic Sponge Docks. This great event for adults and children will benefit and support Florida Hospital North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The 5 kilometer race will start off at the Sponge Docks off of Dodecanese blvd. in Tarpon Springs at 8:00 am on June 2nd and will end near the Sponge Exchange also on the docks!

FREE Parking is located in the lot on the east end of The Sponge Docks situated at the corner of A-19 & Dodacanese Rd The general entry fee is $20 per person and $25 on race day. All registered participants will receive an official Beach to Bayou T-shirt, runner/walker bid number with built in timing chip and a goodie bag, as well as refreshments at the end of the race. Awards will be given to the Top 3 in each age group (under 14, 15-19, 20-24… 80+) and Top 3 overall for male and female runners.
