Greg Cangialosi is an entrepreneur, and early stage investor based in Baltimore, MD. He has built a reputation as a leader in today’s online landscape as both a marketer and entrepreneur. Most recently Greg became the CEO of MissionTix, and is a co-founder of Betamore (http://www.betamore.com/), a Baltimore based urban campus for technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to that his company, Blue Sky Factory (http://www.blueskyfactory.com/), a leading email marketing service provider was acquired by WhatCounts (http://www.whatcounts.com/) in July of 2011.
Greg is also currently the managing director of both the Baltimore Angel’s (http://www.baltimoreangels.org/), and Nucleus Ventures. Greg is a seasoned lecturer on marketing & entrepreneurship, and is also the lead author of “The Business Podcasting Book,” (http://www.amazon.com/Podcast-Academy-Podcasting-Launching-Marketing/dp/024080967X) a primer on new media for marketers. Greg holds a BA in English from UMBC (http://www.umbc.edu/), and sits on the board of WhatCounts & the Greater Baltimore Technology Council (http://gb.tc/).

He is the Venture Advisor and a Lead Mentor for AccelerateDC, a MIT based mentorship program that aims to influence and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs and business leaders. He is currently the Cofounder of AMPlus, a Partner at Gratii, and sits on the Board of Advisors for various startups in the region. His passion is connecting people, and helping founders take their vision and make it a realization.
