Brian Le Gette is an accomplished philanthropist and serial entrepreneur with a portfolio of success building and helping others build startups, creating growth and optimization of diverse businesses spanning multiple industries.
Brian is most notably known for being the Founder and CEO of 180s, the popular behind-the-head ear warmers that kept everyone’s ears toasty without having to succumb to a bad hair day. In 2004 180s was ranked as the 9th fastest growing privately owned company in America according to Inc 500, with a total 4 year growth of 9600% and strong double-digit EBITDA.
After Leaving 180s, Brian is currently working on 2 startups; ZeroChroma and Big City Farms. ZeroChroma is an innovative supplier of cases for mobile electronics (primarily Apple products). ZeroChroma has been growing at an impressive rate since its creation in 2009, and is currently one of the fastest growing international distributors of cases for mobile electronics. Big City Farms is a company trying to revolutionize where restaurants source their ingredients. Based out of Baltimore, Big City Farms is an advocate of creating a culture of “farm to table”.
Brian received an Electrical Engineering degree from University of Maryland, and has an MBA from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton school.

He is currently the Cofounder of AMPlus, a Partner at Gratii, and sits on the Board of Advisors for various startups in the region. His passion is connecting people, and helping founders take their startups from vision to realization.
