Patrick Baynes is the co-founder and GM of PeopleLinx (http://www.peoplelinx.com/), one of Philadelphia’s best-known technology startups. PeopleLinx offers social business optimization programs for the Fortune 500. PeopleLinx is backed by Greycroft Ventures, Osage Ventures, and MissionOG.

Prior to PeopleLinx, Patrick was part of the earliest group of employees at LinkedIn where he was responsible for pioneering the company's customer operations and internal training, supporting the network’s now more that 250 million members. Patrick serves as an advisor to several startups and senior executives on business architecture and internet product strategy. Patrick is a graduate of Alfred University.
