Joe Wallin, a partner at Davis Wright Tremaine, has been a startup lawyer and advisor to startups in Seattle since the late 1990s. He has seen and been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars of financing and hundreds of deals. You will find very few lawyers who have the passion and dedication to startup founders that Joe possesses. Selected to "Washington Super Lawyers," 2011-2013. He is the founder and editor of StartupLawBlog.com, a widely read resource on startup legal issues that shares invaluable insights to founders.

In addition to being a startup attorney, Joe has also co-created and co-founder Startup Trivia Daily, an iPhone and Android and web game.
Joe grew up in Mill Creek, where he worked at the golf club cleaning clubs and golf carts, shagging balls off the range, in exchange for some free golf. He delivered pizzas to put himself through college at the UW and then went Seattle University Law School and NYU Law School.
