Prior to BuddyTV, Andy served as President and CEO of NetConversions from 1999-2004 prior to its sale to aQuantive and served as VP and GM of its Site Optimization unit from 2004-2005. He is a huge fan of creating companies and according to Andy, "I probably have more perseverance than most when it comes to the roller coaster ride and I'm a total addict when it comes to building companies now." He’s also a founder of a non-profit focused on technology in developing countries and is very passionate about entrepreneurship. He brings deep experience in building companies, site optimization, SEO, community building, and product development. In 2003, he was named to Puget Sound Business Journal’s 40 under 40 and holds an MBA from Wharton.

Michael is optimistic, genuine and a problem solver. He loves starting companies and enjoys the collaboration with smart people to figure out how to create value for a customer. He has been lucky enough to start a few companies, raise capital and see the hard work payoff.

Michael enjoys the experiences you must go through to get a company into a growth mode and see its first service/product create revenue. He is a currently working on an platform to help the homeless in the US, that has yet to be released to the public and works with a web design/development company CrashShop (http://www.crashshop.com) that does some very cool applications and websites.
