New Group!  Tech entrepreneurs and marketers come together to solve marketing, product marketing and product strategy challenges, big and small. Members are software/hardware/mobile app entrepreneurs and company founders, senior management, and folks from the marketing, product marketing and product management functions in companies big and small. The typical meeting includes a startup marketing case study (it could be YOU!), a rapid-fire roundtable discussion in which we we tackle vexing challenges for participants, and networking. THE CHALLENGE
Tech startups need a place to discuss and discuss their marketing challenges and opportunities. And there are a lot of experienced marketers, from companies large and small, who would like to help startups.

WHO
This meetup is targeted to tech software/SaaS, social media, commerce, mobile app, hardware and services companies. Others are welcome to join but we’ll focus mainly on those areas. If there’s enough interest beyond tech, we may l help launch a separate general roundtable.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This meetup is a unique opportunity to quickly share and get answers to your startup marketing challenges. 

MEETINGS
Meetings will be broken into 3 parts: general networking, a startup marketing case study presented by a startup, and a rapid-fire discussion. For now, almost any marketing topic is fair game for discussion. Sample topics:

• How do I increase my lead generation?
• How can I make sure that people will want to buy my products/services?
• How can I improve my Web marketing?
• How can I use social media to get more customers?
• How can public relations help me?
• How can I make more effective prospect presentations?
• What marketing metrics should I focus on? 

LOCATION - Boston, MA area
We're planning to try out a few different venues in the beginning to see how they work for folks. First location will probably be in Newton or Cambridge. If you have a preference, please let me know. I’ll announce that info as soon as it’s available – thanks for your patience.
