Startup Westland Distillery Tour

The last time I talked to Emerson Lamb one of the two founders of Westland Distillery we were tasting one of the last bottles of their first batch of their peated whiskey. It was fabulous as all of their whiskeys they produce. He told me about how he and his partner traveled the world in search of best practices and the secret to the worlds best whiskey. I asked how they have achieved to produce such a great product being new in the market.
His response was "we have never cut a single corner, and we are patient" So come on down, the tour starts promptly at 6pm.
