-You will not be added to a group until your file is posted.
-If I do not hear from you by the submission deadline, I will assume that you are not interested in participating anymore, and remove you from the project.
-Members who cannot attend will be responsible for interacting with me, and their group members, online.
-Barring any medical issues, you should have your file posted by 7/14.
This meetup is only for participants of the fiction anthology.
Because this will take place at a residential location, the address will be emailed to you after you RSVP.
For this meetup, please read and critique ONLY your group-members' files. You will not be allowed to comment on any files except for those of your group-members.
Your 8,000-word files must be uploaded by Monday, 7/14. (Alex and Nancy are only required to post 4,000 words). Even if you are writing multiple stories, you must post all 8,000 words in a single file.
Re-writes are due from several of you. If you were voted to do a re-write during the last anthology meetup, please do so.
FEES: Payments for meetups is no longer mandatory, but a $1 donation per person per meetup would be appreciated to help me cover the monthly $19 website fee.

Nancy will read files for Joanne, Alex, and Susan.
Susan will read files for Nancy, Alex, and JP.
Alex will read files for Sevey, Joanne, and Nancy.
Sevey will read files for Alex, Susan, and JP.
JP will read files for Susan, Joanne, Sevey.
Note: Please check dates so you avoid reading old versions of posted anthology stories. Make sure the file you read is the 8,000-word one, and not the 6,000-word version.
