Presentation: How to create a cloud-based web service in three days

During Stavanger Startup Weekend in November, we have built and launched a small file sharing service, http://milkyfile.com. It took three days, three men, and thirty-three cups of coffee. Talk will cover the magic of these numbers, and the main components of the application stack.

First, the language, Python. Why you should use Python for web development.

Then, Web2py, the web framework for Python. Isn't the framework called Django the king of it all?

And, the cloud platform, Google Application Engine. The storage, the cloud computing and the framework giving the automatic scalability for your application. What is it you don't get with Amazon Web Services.
