For weekend of 912, we & many of our members are driving to Washington to protest & most signed up at www.912dc.org. Contact us with ?s & also to request a next local gathering. OVERVIEW: Our meetup's purpose it to provide a gathering location to help like-minded people get together to plan then act. We begin with an open mic brainstorming session, then break off into groups to work out task plans for targeted actions. We are currently considering the following additional parts to our get-togethers. Class lesson plan on book, i.e. Common Sense, 5000 Yr Leap, Forgotten Man etc... / Cash awards for essays & contests wanted / Participating or organizing a picket? / Town Hall car pool trips
