While living in San Francisco 20 years ago, I took several classes and due to the demands of my job, I did no follow up leading to work.
I'd like to learn about the "current day" ins and outs of the Voice Over work here in the Las Vegas Valley. I'd like to know what does it take to get work. How much work is available? Do I need to join a union? I hope to meet others in the business and get some insight on how they're doing. I am looking forward to this time with Vegas Voicers.
I am retired and have had this dream to do voice over work. In my work, I had heavy phone interaction. I was frequently told I have a "pretty voice". In high school, I acted in plays and narrated events. Voted "Best Actress" in my senior class.
I gather from the reviews, this is a great group of people enjoying the voice over workshop experience. I sense excitement from them and I am impressed by the respect given to Melissa. I'm looking forward to meeting these people.
