Martin McKenna is part of iZettle's 18-person Growth Team. At iZettle, Martin manages automated, customer lifecycle communication, giving users a great experience when they’re starting out and as they mature. Martin has a diverse background from journalism (the communication bit) as well as a degree in biochemistry (the numerical & experimental bit).

Vanessa Meyer is marketing director/growth hacker at Load Impact as well as Product Manager and has worked with successful startups like Wrapp and Vantrix. Although she has experience in many areas of tech life, from operations to product management, her passion lies in marketing and growth. Vanessa has a master’s degree in marketing and media from The Stockholm School of Economics and a master’s in international economics from CEMS.

Henrik Thomé is a serial entrepreneur currently building his 7th company, sonetel.com, a telephone service for global entrepreneurs, with paying customers in 160 countries. Prior to Sonetel Henrik was a founder of Envox (www.envox.com), where Intel Capital and Northzone were shareholders. Envox provided software for developing IVR used on a million phone lines worldwide, and software used in Call centers servicing a million agents worldwide.

He has 20 years experience working with brands such as Publicis, Lowe, Grey, Ericsson, SAAB, Nokia, Volvo, and ABB. He has co-founded Edumanity, crowd-innovation for business, as well as ReVault the world’s first wearable private cloud. Elia also teaches Growth Hacking at Berghs, Hyper Island, and Stockholm School of Entrepreneurs.
