With starting issues Limited Environmental Resources, Privacy, and Individuals Depending On Groups, we came up with a Shock of a terraforming base manned by a small community of workers united by a shared mental communion (the Rosetta) enabling them to work together super-efficiently. They had been bioengineered for this trait, so they could live in harmony and do the arduous work of paving the way for the much larger population of "real" colonists, who were to remain in stasis for generations until the terraforming work was done.

The community seemingly lived in tranquil and productive harmony, but there were ripples of trouble. After all their hard work, were the colonists just going to supplant them? Where they really second-class citizens, sculpted to be useful but never to share in the paradise they were making?

We had to cut the game short, so we never got to hit the story goals, which is a pity because I was looking forward to linking the Rosetta to the sleeping colonists and flooding the telepathic network with their dreams, sabotaging the groupthink and forcing everyone be individuals again.
