I'm Not involved as of yet, but here is my story: I began my film career in New York City as an assistant cameraman on low-budget, independent features which led to an opportunity to move to Los Angeles. In LA, working primarily as a focus puller on feature films, I found other opportunities photographing music videos and short films. Then, life happened and I moved back to New York City to help raise my daughter. I worked for a promotions company, which turned out to be a great introduction into the world of marketing and advertising. I taught myself design and the software to make the transition, but shortly found myself embracing the internet and Flash animation. When the promotions company folded, I founded Eye Notion Visual Concepts, Inc. (http://eyenotionnyc.com) and began consulting for Estee Lauder Companies, Conde Nast and others. My daughter is now grown and in film school herself and I am very interested in getting back to doing what I love, storytelling on film (video.)
My name is Michael Broz. My education is in film/communications from Temple University. I worked in the business for 8 years and after that worked in advertising and design both web and print. I am now interested in returning to storytelling on film.
