Do you like movies? Do you prefer them to be thoughtful, original, unpredictable, and outside-the-mainstream? In short, arthouse-style films? Us too! So come see a movie with us at Nashville's only arthouse theatre, the Belcourt. Independent, foreign, classic or cult - see something interesting this week! The Belcourt is run by a non-profit organization, and the wonderful staff loves film and cares about the mission to preserve this historic establishment. They showcase some of the best movies to come to Nashville, and serve the most reasonably-priced popcorn, candy and drinks in town, as well as a small but thoughtful selection of wine and beer (Yazoo on tap!) We will often schedule drinks or dinner in Hillsboro Village, either before or after the films, and we will occasionally add non-movie events (concerts, plays) to the calendar.
