We are a group based in Monmouth County who come together to have fun with our children and grow as parents.

For caregivers who are interested in getting fit whole having fun with your child, Stroller Strides provides a total body workout while allowing you to remain with your child.  All classes are taught by certified instructors.

Stroller Strides is proud to partner with Luna to offer the Luna Moms Club.  Luna Moms is a free playgroup associated with Stroller Strides.  We try to meet once a week for a playdate at a playground, local park or recreation center.  Some playdates have a cost to participate (i.e. a trip to the aquarium), but our goal is to offer as many free events for you and your children as possible.
