Stroller Strides is the country's leading pre and post natal fitness and exercise program for all new moms.
Get in shape, meet other new moms and be with your baby. Stroller Strides on Long Island welcomes all age groups. Our class locations include: Eisenhower Park, Long Beach Boardwalk and indoors at The Roosevelt Field Mall, The Source Mall, The Cradle of Aviation Museum, etc. We are also excited to offer:
