A fitness boot camp designed for the needs of women and now men. In these 60 min sessions we will move through various exercises like; blurpees, swinging some ropes, planks, kettlebell swings, cardio kickboxing exercise on the TRX to name a few. These sessions are based on functional training methods that will make your entire body strong, muscles firm and will have you burning calories for hours after you finish.

Originally this class was designed for just women. I have had a few men approach me about joining the group so I will opened it up to everyone.

For women we will focus on building lean muscle vs bulking up and def burn some calories. Great for 

losing weight and building strong bones and muscles.

For men we will add some weight, focus more on building muscle and increasing overall strength.

This 60min high intensity classes will benefit everyone who attends, all fitness level welcome, you will learn how to workout properly and safely. If your new to the game or an experienced gym rat, you will enjoy these classes, no judgments, no scales, no tape measures, just come in and sweat it out. You will make some new friends and feel better about yourself too.
