No and I think that's why I'm overweight. I'm almost there but I think I'm addicted. Do you think the food-companies put additives in our foods to get us hooked on them?
For the past five years. I started juicing Dr. Oz's 'Green Drink' and I have been stir-frying with less and less meat.
Try various vegetarian restaurants and ethnic dishes to share- like the Indians, Thai, Chinese, etc., have some great vegetable dishes but I'm afraid to try them, find I don't like them, then having to pay for the whole thing.
I need some good recipes to get me to eat more fruits and vegetables- and to get my son to eat ANY veggies? Any ideas? Looking to meet more people who are into wellness.
It's a really nice group of health-minded people who are so generous to share their tips on how to improve my diet and way of life. Thank you for being so welcoming to my friend Lora (of Bulgaria) who is not 'yet' a vegetarian like me, but is also willing to learn from the pro's! I rate this Meetup Group an A+! Candy
