Attention all you amazing bakers of our group, now's your chance to shine!!!!
We're looking for volunteers to bake and man the table at our "World Wide Vegan Bake Sale" at Countryside Church!! Thanks to member Belinda, we have a location to sell our goods so let's get baking!!
You can deliver your items the day of the event (by 10:45, please) or arrange a drop off/pick up with Melissa. If you'd like to help out the day of, please contact Kathy Jones- this is pretty much her baby (thanks, kath!!).

Don't want to bake but want to enjoy the sweets? Come join us and purchase some yummy baked goods. Doors open for the sale at 11:30 (over by 12:30/1).

When you rsvp, please state whether you are baking, attending, etc...inquiring minds wanna know!!

All proceeds will go to Mercy for Animals and also KIVA, a microfinance organization that
gives small business loans to individuals around the world. It allows individuals of modest means, who otherwise would not qualify for a traditional bank loan, to be able to create and maintain their own business/cottage industry. In keeping with the vegan theme of the fundraiser, it was agreed that we would try and select a loan recipient (we get to choose who the money is lent to) that did not directly involve the exploitation of animals.
