Cara Cordoni, Professional Life Coach, chose her career as the perfect intersection of her expertise and passion for positive psychology, neuroscience, and personal transformation. Cara knows all too well that too many people these days are stressed, overwhelmed, disillusioned, and wondering "how did I get here?" Her work is dedicated to helping high-achieving women and men take a step back, redefine their most authentic dreams and priorities, and then craft a passionate life aligned with these. Cara received her coaching certification through the prestigious Coaches Training Institute. Prior to that, Cara spent 10+ years at Charles Schwab, and also has a background in performance, theater, art, and activism. Daughter of two San Francisco historic neighborhoods (born in North Beach, raised in the Haight), she lived in the Sunset, Athens, Greece and Aswan, Egypt before returning to San Francisco where she lives with her musician husband and their 2 energetic and inspiring sons.
