We are going to analyse how design teams have to change and adapt during the growth of a startup - From different designer profiles to changing processes and team structures. The story will also touch on current trends such as; Design systems and Design thinking. We’ll deep dive into how research helped us at SumUp, understanding the differences in the markets we operate in and end with a live design session to highlight the benefits of advocating for a design system.
