The Summerville Shag Club is a group of all ages that wants to have fun, learn to dance and meet new friends. We are serious about keeping the South Carolina tradition of beach music and the Shag dance style alive and well. Whether you are an old hand at the Shag or a newcomer you will love the friendly helpful crowd you will find at our events. Every Monday at 6:00 PM junior dancers take lessons. Our young people have WON national events! Then at 7:00 PM adult lessons are given. We have monthly Shag Club parties where food and fun abound. Mondays are free and all other events are very affordable. The location is clean and very nice. The people are friendly. The fun is always!
