Sunny Art Studio is founded by Yinjie Sun, an experienced artist who graduated from both the China Academy of Art and Central Saint Martin’s College of Art in Fine Art. Yinjie exhibits extensively both 

throughout the UK and internationally; his work has been displayed in V&A, Today Art Museum in Beijing, The Sunshine Art Museum in China, and his work has appeared in numerous publications, and is represented in public and private collections in Britain and worldwide.

These classes are designed for anyone who wants to develop and improve their drawing and painting skills, and also for the students who want to prepare their art portfolio for Degree applications. It provides an

introduction to the use of drawing and painting media and materials, the selection and development of subject matter, and to the use of line, tone, colour, proportion, scale and composition. The course is designed to develop confidence in the handling of media and materials, and in the development of creative ideas. On completion of the course, students will have acquired a broad skills base and a thorough understanding of a range of techniques and of the use of drawing and paint based media. Students will also have learned how to instigate and develop creative ideas.

These courses are suitable for both complete beginners and experienced artists. Guided by Yinjie, the classes aim to provide students with an easy to follow structure to understand Drawing and Painting principles. Yinjie will work individually with each student using different methods to help everyone find their own value and opinion on art, which enables students to come up with a great full finished work that exceeds expectations.

The lessons will mainly be held inside but will occasionally be outside, pending weather conditions. Classes may also take place in Art Galleries. We will hold annual exhibitions of our students work. In order to provide better quality, only up to 8 students per class.

These Art classes are designed for anyone who wants to extend their skills and creativity in the use of drawing and paint based media.


Timetable
The courses are totally flexible on a weekly basis where students can choose from 2-12 lessons. Classes time table is described below. At the moment, we mainly provide weekend classes, but the schedule is accommodated upon request depending of students numbers.

Saturday/Sunday Classes
Morning classes 10am - 1pm
Afternoon classes 2pm - 5pm
Evening classes 6pm - 9pm
