First up, we have Guy Gibbons, a solicitor on the coast that has been in the game for decades!

Guy will be doing a short presentation on securing development sites; including conditions, deposits, pitfalls and more.

Richard is an action taker, and that's why this deal has come to fruition. After some diligent research on the Sunshine Coast, Richard managed to find the ideal block of dirt for a duplex, source a great builder and then ticked all the right boxes to access funding.

I’ll let Richard share all the juicy details but needless to say there were plenty of twists and turns. If you’re thinking about developing duplexes, make sure you are in the room for this one!

Our second Real Deal presentation comes from Nhan Nguyen!

Nhan Nguyen is back from his Bali holidays and totally pumped!

I've convinced him to share some insider secrets about his latest project - a 1 into 9 subdivision that made a stack of money in 9 months.
