This Month's Real Deal...

This month it's a cracker! The Real Deal presentation will be presented by the well known and much loved, Nhan Nguyen! I love it when Nhan shares one of his projects because they always have some amazing twists and turns that the everyday investor doesn't get to see.

Nhan has been in the game for 15 years and seen the highs and lows of the market so you can bet your bottom dollar he has some phenomenal tips and tricks to help you find your next deal, apply a killer strategy and manage it to a profitable outcome.

Thats all I can tell you for now... Nhan's current project is under wraps but come 4th August, ALL WILL BE REVEALED including how he found the site, what the numbers were, what went wrong along the way, which consultants he used and which ones he had to fire!

Bring along pad and pen to jot down everything that Nhan is sharing... this guy knows his stuff and is always willing to spill the beans on everything!

Sean Connolly from KC Partnership (http://www.kcpartnership.com.au). Sean is a quantity surveyor that services all over Brisbane and has been assisting many people in the Sunshine Coast Property Networking Group over the years.

Sean is a really easy going, down to earth bloke that has a mountain of knowledge to help you get more cash in your pocket from your investments through good planning.

It’s all happening on Tuesday, 4th August 2015 so make the most of
