This is a great opportunity to ask Matt any questions about wealth creation in general, financial planning or investing with your SMSF.

This Month's Real Deal...

This month's Real Deal presentation will be delivered by the ever popular Kate Cleary!

Kate's just completed a structural renovation and I for one am keen to see the outcome of all her blood, sweat and tears!

For those that haven't been before, the Real Deal segment is where a member of the group gets up for 30mins and shares their latest project!

You get to see an everyday investor sharing all the thrills and spills of their deal. It could be a renovation, subdivision, development.. anything!

The presenter shares the feasibility numbers for the deal, the before, during and after photos, how they found the deal and most importantly, the mistakes they made along the way!

It's truly outstanding to see someone bravely get up and reveal their entire project from start to finish, warts and all!

To round the night out we have another Real Deal!

Lorna Willis has a stack of experience in the property industry in many forms and tonight we'll be calling on Lorna to share her latest project in Sippy Downs
